Refund Policy


We strive to ensure legitimate and fair transactions for all services booked through ClearrCUT. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Cancellation by User

  • If you cancel a booking before the service provider has been dispatched or confirmed, you may be eligible for a full refund of any advance payment.
  • If cancellation occurs after the provider has been dispatched or arrived, a cancellation fee may apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Service Quality Issues

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided:

  • Please report the issue to our support team within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will investigate the matter with the service provider.
  • If the service is found to be deficient or not as described, we may offer a partial or full refund, or arrange for a re-service, at our discretion.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Wallet credits (if applicable) are refunded instantly.
