    1.1 Service Cancellations

    • Advance Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 7 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid charges.

    • No-Shows: If a customer fails to cancel and does not show up for the scheduled service, the full service fee will be charged with no refund eligibility.

    1.2 Product Cancellations

    • Order Processing: Orders can be canceled within 7 hours of placement, provided the product has not yet been packed or shipped.

    • Shipped Orders: If the product has already been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for processing a return and refund.
